Amazing last 2 weeks!

This past month has literally been the best month ever. September 3rd started with meeting Avo, Jim, Macalicious, chocolate face, and Guiliana at Dr. Scott's office for an adjustment. From there I picked up Chad (founder of EFL) at the hotel, and we were off to Avo's room for a little lunch. Had some avocado (ofcourse!), dulse, heirloom tomatoes, and cucumbers, with the crew. David was in town to help launch Elements for Life that night in White Plains, NY. Our Elements for Life (www.SuperFoodLiving.com) event that night (September 3rd) was awesome! So many people showed up and got to try the best elixirs, and superfoods ever, and David "Avocado" Wolfe spoke about SuperFoods. It was the best night ever!

The fun time continued on Sept 4th at COSM with Alex Gray and his wife, and Avo presenting on Superfoods. Avo did the drinking honey trick, which I love everytime, as he introduced noni land honey to the public for the first time ever! Unfortunatly by the time I got to the table to get my hands on some noni land honey, it was sold out!!! I did get some Ormus Gold, which avo recommended for Judy's exczema, and had the pleasure of it being introduced to my being with David squirting some on his hand, and rubbing on my head and face! Fun! The night ended with Alex Gray's amazing art opened up to the public, and avo answering questions until past 1:00 in the morning! Best ever! Drove home, went to sleep!

The journey continued with a trip out to the hamptons on Saturday. Judy, Nicole and I went out to see David at Ross School, presented by the juicy naam! I finally got my hands on my very own Noni Land honey, which I finished in about 5 days! Awesome stuff! It's black like coffee! Got some MSM also, as Avo spoke about the SITS program, really good stuff, actually, the best stuff ever! Tropical storm hanna was rolling through the hamptons, but avo just kept going and most of the crowd stayed. I drove back to my hotel room in one of the scariest 15 minute drive ever! Couldn't see much, and lots of flooding, but made it to the hotel safely!

Woke up Sunday morning and went to the beach! Awesome time watching the waves crash, and playing in the sand with Judy and Nicole! From there we started our drive back toward the city and saw so many amazing farmer's markets! We had to stop for some amazing heirloom tomatoes and, peaches, pears and more! We had plenty to eat for our 3 hour drive back!

Its now 1:10 A.M and recovering from a really fun weekend in Sedona! Landed in Phoenix on Thursday night and stayed in the airport. Off we were on Friday with a 2 hour shuttle to sedona. It is amazing as you get to sedona you just know you are there, you don't need any signs telling you you are there. All the rocks turn from white/cream to a burning red, the soil is red, and you know you are officially welcomed to sedona. Sedona was awesome and got to spend time with EFL founders Chad and Adam, and with our friends Jim and Alexis. Got to meet other Superheros as well! Spending time at the EFL booth was fun, especially taking shots of Island Fire with people experiencing it for the first time ever! Usually the reaction was a big "wow", that is an amazing elixir (www.SuperFoodLiving.com). Ofcourse I had to buy more noni land honey, and bought some for my friend Angie from Mass, who needed some badly! Shipped that out yesterday! Was planning on having the best honey ever on the plane, but government workers would just not allow it! Apparantly noni land honey is too dangerous on a plane! Maybe we would create too much consciousness? Sunday night was fun with an EFL party at the discovery dome in Sedona! Woke up at 6:00 A.M for a 6:45 shuttle back to phoenix and flight to New York! Been the best 2 weeks ever, and to top it off, Avo wrote about his New York experience and put me in his blog! Wow! Best ever!
